From Energetic Abstracts to Capturing the Essence of a Lonely Buffalo: The Watercolors of Betsy Buckner Kadane

Betsy Buckner-Kadane is a wife, mother and artist, but not always in that order.
She has been a resident of Evergreen, Colorado, for 15 years and a full-time artist for eight. Betsy paints what strikes her mood each day: from a frenzied, energetic abstract to a calm, lonely buffalo. Her paintings are simplistic yet vibrant, hurried but planned, and full of musical, expressive strokes.
